Job description

  • Follows existing processes and procedures to manage own cost efficiencies .  Makes recommendations on potential cost saving opportunities. Ensures cost and financial risk management for area. 
  • Adheres to Business values and service standards with regard to customer interactions.
  • Establishes and maintains sound relationships with stakeholders and manages cross-functional relationships effectively.
  • Ensures timeous, accurate and best practice aligned service delivery.
  • Creates financial reports for area.
  • Analyses and summaries financial reports for management.
  • Extracts and reports on financial system information.
  • Performs month end, quarter end, interim and year end processes.
  • Monitors financial trends, performance and accounting discrepancies, and resolve accounting discrepancies and financial concerns.
  • Performs daily cash management.
  • Maintains awareness of and adherence to Group IFRS practices.
  • Identifies financial improvements and opportunities for business.
  • Implements, monitors and controls financial processes and best practices in line with business and industry standards.
  • Provides data to support business financial decisions.
  • Provides financial and non-financial information to line management by combining costing, finance and business management solutions to drive business and operational performance and controls.

Minimum requirements

Experience:
1 to 2 years Financial Management, Post Articles
