Introduction
The role of the Fleet Administration Co-Ordinator role is to provide back office administration support to the fleet consultants and customers with day to day administration. The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring optimum profitable growth through customer retention through superior service delivery and be the central point of contact.
Job description

Role Outputs:.

  • Demonstrates cost conciousness and awareness of personal contribution to cost and productivity.
  • Identifies and escalates potential risks that may lead to increased costs.
  • Adheres to the Organisation's shared values, service standards and Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) outcomes with regard to customer interaction. 
  • Resolves customer dissatisfaction complaints amd take ownership of the problem.
  • Sources vehicles and accessories ensures timeous.
  • Sources vehicles and acessories and ensures timeous sourcing of stock.
  • Analyse, compares and selects national dealer quotes on pricing, performance and availability.
  • Handles the procurement process of the vehicles and accessories for fleet and leasing, including but not limited to orders, delivery, payment and remittance to suppliers.
  • Manages lifecycle of vehicles, utilising the fleet domain system.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders including OEM's brand, dealers and auxilliary suppliers.
  • Onboards, vets, approves and maintains suppliers on fleet domain syste, including relevant documentation.
  • Provides accurate and timeous internal and external procurement reports.
  • Prepares daily output reports for business.
  • Ensures accurate and timeous processes and procedures in compliance with business governanceframeworks to enhance service delivery and mitigate risk.
  • Ensures accurate and timeous input into systems, including relevant documentation in line with record and audit procedures.

Minimum requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years sourcing and procurement experience within the automative/ fleet industry. Dedicated large fleet experience advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Higher Certificate in Fleet Management  or Procurement
