Job description

Role Outputs:

  • Demonstrates cost consciousness and awareness of personal contribution to costs and productivity.
  • Identifies and escalates potential risks that may lead to increased costs.
  •  Prevents wastage and identifies process improvements to contain and reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Adheres to the Organisation's shared values, service standards and Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) outcomes with regard to customer interaction.
  • Resolves customer dissatisfaction/complaints and takes ownership of the problem. Ensures that product knowledge and advice is technically accurate.
  • Knows and understands customer needs in order to deliver a quality service.  Plans for and maintains a sound working relationship with stakeholders.
  • Creates and maintains new customer (debtors) on fleet system and ensures accurate documentation and financial information. 
  • Follows up with customers on outstanding onboarding documentation, vets and uploads relevant documentation on fleet system and motivates new customer credit facilities.
  • Manages existing accounts, assists with customer queries timeously and ensures customers remain updated during key processes.  
    Assists with general and ad hoc administrative requirements such as data updates, border letters, license disc renewal. 
  • Manages full vehicle life cycle including contract restructures, new vehicle schedules, contract terminations, and monthly Odo Management.
    Restructures over or underutilised contracts, captures new parameters and gains customer approval, as instructed by sales. 
    Assists fleet sales on an ad hoc basis, inclduing accurate customer quotes during times of high demand.
    Recalculates leasing contracts. 
  • Provides accurate and timeous internal and external reports.
  • Creates monthly customer reports.
  • Creates financial packs for management.

Minimum requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years sales/ administration experience within the automative/ fleet industry. Dedicated large fleet experience advantageous 

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or Diploma or Higher Certificate in Administration or relavant
